Normalize the folder first
Rename every produced file to [date]_[document type]_[party]. Do this before you ask a single question — structure is what stops invented citations.
Inventory what actually arrived
Ask for a plain list of documents received, with date ranges and the producing party.
List every document in this folder. For each: document type, party, date range covered, and page count. Do not summarize contents yet. Flag any file you cannot confidently classify instead of guessing.
Score it against the rule
Compare the inventory to the Rule 12.285 categories and mark each as complete, partial, or missing.
Compare this inventory to the Florida Rule 12.285 mandatory disclosure categories. Output a table: category | status (complete / partial / missing) | what specifically is absent | the date gap. Flag anything ambiguous rather than assuming compliance.
Turn gaps into a deficiency letter
Only the rows marked partial or missing become letter paragraphs — one paragraph per category, quoting the rule.
Week 3 builds this live against a real production, then adds the Financial Affidavit cross-check and the income assessment that feeds the same letter.
