Two hours a week · six weeks

The six-week build schedule

Every session is a live build. You leave with the thing working, not with a reading list. Topics tighten once each track fills, so the room shapes the last two weeks.

Monday Track — 11:00am–1:00pm ET

  1. Week 01

    Case Life Cycle

Map the firm before you automate any part of it.

    • Where documents exist at each stage — and what is always missing
    • Template & SOP inventory as your automation raw material
  2. Week 02

    Claude & Cowork Architecture

    How the pieces fit together.

    • Chat vs. Projects vs. Skills — which surface holds what
    • Model selection and project instructions that survive a month
    • Org-wide vs. private projects, connectors, and memory
  3. Week 03

    Discovery & Financial Workflows

From mandatory disclosure to deficiency letter.

    • Discovery organization and naming conventions in Cowork
    • Building the Rule 12.285 discovery tracker
    • Comparing the Financial Affidavit to the disclosure production
    • Income assessment straight through to a deficiency letter
  4. Week 04

    Firm Analytics, Billing & Time

Your own firm as the case study.

    • Claude in Chrome against your practice management system
    • Case count, time-to-close, and outstanding AR in one snapshot
    • Billing narrative drafting and block-billing cleanup
  5. Week 05

    Build Your Own Skills

    From user to builder.

    • Org-level vs. individual skills
    • Capturing your personal writing voice as a reusable skill
    • The retainer skill, with AI-disclosure language built in
  6. Week 06

    Ethics, Security, Rollout & Capstone

What has to be true before you roll this out.

    • Confidentiality, head on
    • Granular, non-inherited permissions and the audit that proves them
    • The internal AI use policy, and the capstone build
